WAVELAND, MS (WLOX) - It won't be long before Waveland residents will have a new place to conduct city business. The City Hall Complex going up on Coleman Avenue is now nearly 90 percent complete.
Construction crews have moved on to the interior of the building, hanging sheet rock and starting the finish work.
Crews are bricking the exterior of the city's Central Fire Station, which is located next door to the new City Hall.
City leaders say the $4 million project is on schedule and should be finished in November.
