Grab the family and hop in the car for a drive in movie at the Biloxi Town Green. Along with a show there will also be a giant water slide, games, door prizes and contests. You can enjoy all this fun for a can of food which will be donated to Loaves and Fishes. The fun begins Friday at six and the movie will roll at dark.
Paddle around Ocean Springs under the light of a full moon. The Gulf Coast Paddling Company is leading a two hour adventure. It's a good way to get a little exercise and have fun at the same time. Friday's adventure is full but call and book a spot for Saturday.
Start the weekend off on the right note with a little square dancing. Young or old the fun will have you on your heels all night long. Doze do over to the St. Martin Community Center Friday between 8 and 10.
Hard to believe but it is almost back to school time. Parents it's recommended your children be screened every year before returning. This weekend bring them out to Edgewater Mall for free screenings, giveaways, games and more. It's from 10 until 3.
Leukemia will be the wind beneath the sails of this weekend regatta in Pass Christian. Come out and compete or just enjoy watching the race from inside the yacht club. Also Saturday night everyone is invited out to a gala. All money sailing in will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
It will be a sparkling Saturday night at The Red Cross's Dancing with Diamonds Gala. You won't want to miss this year's Coast Celebrity Dance Off. The gala is Saturday at the Beau Rivage beginning at 7:30.
South Mississippi is bidding farewell to a Smithsonian exhibit, but it is going out with a bang; music and ice cream. Come see New Harmonies a traveling music exhibit and enjoy a live Gospel concert and an old fashion ice cream social. It's all Sunday at the Pass Christian City Complex beginning at 1.
