Grilled Shrimp Recipe from: El Maguey Mexican Restaurant
1 dozen Shrimp, medium size
A Taste of Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cummin, & Red Chilli Powder
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 Medium size Yellow Onion
Spoonful of Butter
Peel the shrimp leaving the tail, then butterfly the shrimp. Put a spoonful of butter to the skillet or flat surface grill, add seasonings, and salt to the shrimp and cook until shrimp is done.
