Grilled Shrimp Recipe from: El Maguey Mexican Restaurant
1 dozen Shrimp, medium size
A Taste of Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cummin, & Red Chilli Powder
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 Medium size Yellow Onion
Spoonful of Butter
Peel the shrimp leaving the tail, then butterfly the shrimp. Put a spoonful of butter to the skillet or flat surface grill, add seasonings, and salt to the shrimp and cook until shrimp is done.
On the side sautee onions, bell peppers, with a taste of lemon juice and salt.
When done make a bed with the vegetables and add the shrimp to the top.
