BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - Biloxi Police say tips from the public helped them catch two men they believe were trying to use stolen credit cards from a purse swiped from Edgewater Mall.

Perry Anthony Harshbarger, 30, of Gulfport, is charged with Grand Larceny. After his arrest, an additional warrant was issued for Terrance Lee Harris, 29, also of Gulfport. Both men are being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on $25,000 bond each.
Investigators said the men made a clean getaway from Edgewater Mall. It was when they tried to use the stolen credit/debit cards at a Gulfport Texaco station that surveillance cameras captured their pictures. After those pictures were released to the media, several tips came in, which helped identify the suspects.
Biloxi Police said the stolen property was found and returned to the owner.
