BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

A Biloxi man is behind bars after selling counterfeit CDs and DVDs. Richard Earl Tyler, 51, was arrested last week on five counts of distributing CDs and DVDs without the display of required information.

The Mississippi Attorney General's Office released video of just some of the 13,000 illegal discs investigators collected off the streets and out of circulation on the black market.

The investigation against Tyler stemmed from an aggravated assault case. He's booked into the Biloxi jail. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
