Harrison Co. Sheriff's Deputy finds suspect behind couch

D'IBERVILLE, MS (WLOX) - Harrison County Sheriff's Department said they responded to a call about a burglary at Eden Place in Biloxi on Monday, June 13, 2011.

An eye witness reported that a man driving a black Mustang pulled into the driveway of a home in Eden Place.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department identified the suspect as Nicklous Lyn Miller, 32 of 11310 Magnolia Street in D'Iberville.

According to the Sheriff's Department once Miller got out of the car he entered the home from the back. When Harrison County Sheriff's Deputy Hughes arrived to the home he contacted home owners, then entered. After searching the home Deputy Hughes found Miller hiding behind a couch.

Harrison County Sheriff's Department said Miller did not resist arrest and was promptly transported to the Harrison County Detention Facility for charges of burglary of a dwelling.

Miller is being held under a $25,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Melvin Ray pending a hearing.
