Seafood Florentine
(from our new Low Carbohydrate selection)

Ingredients:

Shrimp
Scallops
Cherry Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Spinach
Romano Cheese
Sage
Olive Oil
Butter
Parsley
(Mozzarella Cheese) optional

Sautee Shrimp & Scallops in Olive Oil in a separate pan. Cook the remaining ingredients (except the cheese) in a pan & saute' with butter, olive oil and garlic. Place the shrimp & scallops on a platter & pour the ingredients over the seafood. Top with a dusting of Romano Cheese.
