Biloxi police make arrest after witnesses report television theft

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

After witnesses spotted two men taking a television from apartments on 139 McConnell
Ave. Biloxi police arrested Trevor Josiah Jones of South Drive in Biloxi today.

According to Biloxi police Jones and another man removed television sets from the
apartment complex and loaded them into a vehicle and drove away.

Police later tracked the vehicle to a neighbor of Jones. Other witnesses reported
Jones unloading the televisions from the vehicle.

Jones bond was set at $50,000 and is being held at the Harrison County Adult
Detention Center.

An arrest has been issued for the second suspect.

Biloxi police reported that Jones also had warrants from the Mississippi Department of Corrections for Probation Violation, the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, the Harrison County Sheriff's Department and $2,000 in Capias warrants issued by the City of Biloxi Municipal Court.
