BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

The owners of the old Broadwater property say it's time to put the images of Hurricane Katrina in our rear view mirrors. So they've sent a construction crane to the old marina, with orders to yank out the mooring cells that once held the President Casino in place.

The marina is part of a 260 acre property that could be developed into a casino resort. But owners tell us they haven't gotten many nibbles lately. Though they are optimistic that as the economy turns around, the Broadwater could become a hot commodity.
