BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - Biloxi Police on Thursday caught up with a registered sex offender who they say has been peeping into windows and exposing himself to others around town.

Around 3pm, officers arrested Andrew Anthony McIntosh, 38, and charged him with Voyeurism. Less than a month ago, on April 17th and 21st, McIntosh was arrested on indecent exposure charges.

The most recent charge stems from a report of voyeurism Tuesday at a private residence in the 200 block of Forrest Avenue.

Investigators said McIntosh is registered as a sex offender because he was convicted of sexual battery in 1995.

McIntosh was arrested at his home Thursday. His bond was set at $100,000 by Judge Bruce Strong.

The investigation is ongoing. Police ask anyone with information that could help to please call the Biloxi Police Department at (228) 392-0641 or the Criminal Investigations Division at (228) 435-6112.
