More money approved to defend accused serial killer Anthony Sowell

Posted: Updated:
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Another week, a lot more money approved to defend accused serial killer Antony Sowell.

Court records Judge Dick Ambrose just approved up $23,000 more.

That money approved for paralegal services and for an expert to help defend Sowell and keep him off death row.

This person, a mitigation expert, would try to spare Sowell's life if convicted.

Sowell is accused of killing 11 woman and burying in and around his Cleveland home.
