GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - A Gulfport business that was forced to shut down Tuesday night is now closed for good. The owner of Liquidation Station at Crossroads Shopping Center told WLOX News mall managers notified him on Wednesday that his lease has been terminated.
Gulfport Police said they shut down the business because it did not have the proper permits from the city. Police are still investigating several complaints of counterfeit goods allegedly sold there. They ended up arresting two people on drug charges.
The business owner, Adam Sweet, said he will post a phone number on the door for customers who may have questions or complaints about the products they purchased.
