Pascagoula's Scott Sisson to retire

BILOXI – (WLOX) Pascagoula head coach Scott Sisson told his Panther team that he's retiring after 26 years in coaching. Sisson spent the last 5 seasons in charge of the Panthers.

Since 2006, Sisson's led Pascagoula to a 25-and-31 record. The Panthers made a pair of playoff appearances in 2006 and 2007, but haven't been to the post-season since.

In an interview with The Mississippi Press said that he's not being forced to retire.

Sisson is a 1981 graduate of Pascagoula High School.
