BAY ST. LOUIS. MS (WLOX) - Sally Kelly and her family members are celebrating 25 years of feeding the community on Thanksgiving day. Today, they expect to feed up to 800 people, including the homebound.
Dozens of volunteers are serving turkey dishes at the gathering in Bay St. Louis. The Kellys use the American Legion post in the Bay to serve their feast.
Similar expressions of love and generosity are taking place at locations across south Mississippi.
You can see the Kelly family tradition come to life, along with Thanksgiving feeding programs in Gulfport, Moss Point and Pascagoula later today on WLOX News.
