On this Thanksgiving eve Creole Gourmet John LaFleur and David Ellzey joined David Elliott in the 4 O'clock Kitchen. They made Creole cornbread just in time for Thanksgiving. It's in their cookbook, A Cultural Legacy: Creole Gourmet Secrets of Louisiana.
