Two arrested in Biloxi on meth charges

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - Two people being held without bond after a late night meth bust Wednesday in Biloxi. The bust happened at an apartment on Eisenhower Drive just down the street from Edgewater Mall.

Police say Debra Jean Stracener ran away when officers tried to contact her for outstanding misdemeanor warrants. She was caught by the officers who say they then found a meth lab in the apartment.

Paul Harold Bourque, III of Gulfport was also arrested at the scene. Both face four charges associated with meth possession and precursor chemicals used to make the drug.
