LONG BEACH, MS (WLOX) -

HARRISON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - A Florida man who's been running from the law since 2003 was finally arrested Friday in Long Beach.

Harrison County Sheriff Melvin Brisolara said Larry Reynoso Rios, 31, was growing 126 marijuana plants in a home on Turner Road in Long Beach. During a search of the home, deputies said they also found a sawed off shotgun, digital scales and other drug paraphernalia.

Rios is charged with manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and being a fugitive absconding from justice.

Investigators believe Rios was using a family members' identification while he was a fugitive. He's currently being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center without bond, pending extradition to Florida.
