Chocolate Chimichangas
Ingredients:
Four 13" Flour Tortillas
12 oz. Package Hershey's Nuggets w/ Almonds
Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipped Topping
Chocolate Syrup
Cherries For Garnish
Sliced Almonds
Oil for Deep Frying
Instructions:
Place flour Tortillas on a cutting board and cut into 4 quarters. Place two chocolate nuggets in the center of each quartered Tortilla. Fold the top of the triangle-shaped Tortilla over the nuggets, then fold each side toward the middle and roll toward the pointed end of the Tortilla. Secure with a tooth pick. After all of the Chimichangas are rolled, drop into a deep fryer and fry for approximately 1 minute or until golden brown. Drain. Place 3 fried Chimichangas onto a serving dish, top with Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup, Whip Topping and a Cherry. Sprinkle with Sliced Almonds. Muy Bien!!!!
