BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - You can see more reminders of Katrina's force throughout the city of Biloxi. City workers marked utility poles with blue lines.
The lines remind people of just how high Katrina's waters reached. Crews are touching-up 40 poles and painting water marks on 40 more poles.
The work should be done before the fifth anniversary of Katrina.
