Mold forces firefighters into temporary trailers

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - Water damage has caused some moving pains for a group of Gulfport firefighters. According to acting Fire Chief Billy Bragg, firefighters at station number seven in Gulfport have spent the past few weeks working out of the formerly closed fire station number four on Railroad Street.

The move was necessary while repairs were underway on the water and mold damage to their temporary trailer headquarters on Cowan Road.

Firefighters began moving back Tuesday and should resume full time operations at their Cowan Road location Wednesday.
