Phyllo Dough Pizza
Phyllo Dough (from the refridgerated section of the grocery)
Roasted Garlic
Grated Parmesian Cheese
Olive Oil
Butter
Fresh Rosemary
Roma Tomatoes (very thinly sliced)
Whole Milk Mozzarella
Fresh Roman Cheese
Lay 2 sheets of Phyllo dough on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Brush Olive Oil and Butter on Dough. Top with fresh grated Romano. Repeat this process 4 more times. Finish the pie by topping it with whole thick Mozzarella, thinnly sliced Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic and Rosemary. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees.
