Orange Maple Glazed Ham
6 to 8 pound Ham
1 cup Steel's Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Andrea's Annex reduced sugar Orange Marmalade
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 to 6 sweet potatoes, cut up
1 20-ounce can pineapple, crushed or chucks, drained
Combine syrup, marmalade and mustard. Spoon glaze over the ham. Mix remaining glaze with potatoes and pineapple. Place mixture around ham in baking dish.
Bake ham at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on size of ham. Allow about 15 to 20 minutes baking time per pound of ham. Internal temperature of ham should be 160 degrees.
Praline Glazed Ham
6 to 8 pound ham
1/2 cup Steel's Sugar-Free Pecan Praline Sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Combine ingredients and spread over ham. Bake ham at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on size of ham. Allow about 15 to 20 minutes baking time per pound of ham. Internal temperature of ham should be 160 degrees when done.
Honey Glazed Ham
6 to 8 pound ham
3/4 cup Steel's Sugar-Free Honey
1/2 cup Steel's Nature Sweet Brown Sugar Substitute
Combine honey and sugar substitute. Spread over ham. Bake ham at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on size of ham. Allow about 15 to 20 minutes baking time per pound of ham. Internal temperature of ham should be 160 degrees when done.
