1 cup Elmer’s Gold Brick Eggs, chopped (Approximately eight 1 oz. pieces)
Mix butter with graham cracker crumbs and press into spring form pan. Set aside.
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add a dash of vanilla and almond extracts. Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl between adding each egg. Add chopped Elmer’s Gold Brick Eggs. Mix ingredients well.
Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 250º for 2 hours or until firm to touch. Let set and cool.
