Pascagoula announces one lane road closures on Ingalls & Convent

PASCAGOULA, MS (WLOX) -

PASCAGOULA, MS (WLOX) - Drivers in Pascagoula will find two busy roads closed Friday as road crews continue milling and repaving work. 

The work is taking place on Ingalls Avenue from Market Street to Canty Street. Over the next few days drivers will encounter one lane road closures as part of this project. 

Friday, Pascagoula road crews will start on Convent Avenue for milling and repaving from Pascagoula Street to Market Street.  Drivers will encounter one lane road closures for approximately four days as crews complete the milling and repaving on both Ingalls and Convent. 

All drivers are asked to use caution around these construction sites. Pay special attention to road workers, uneven pavement, and heavy equipment near the side of the road.
