Noxubee County's M.C. Miller named Harrison Central head football coach

LYMAN, MS (WLOX) - Harrison County School Board has approved the hiring of M-C Miller to succeed Ronnie Cuevas as the Red Rebels new head football coach. Cuevas announced his retirement after the 2009 high school football season.

The school board approved the hiring Monday evening.

Miller was head coach Noxubee County where he led his team to the 2008 4A State Championship title beating D'Iberville. His 2007 football Tigers football team played in the 2007 4A title game and lost to Wayne County.

Miller compiled an impressive record, 184 wins and 77 losses.
