JACKSON, MS (WLOX) - Going into the game Harrison Central head coach Nancy Ladner thought her team matched up well against Greenville-Weston, with one exception.  That exception was senior Brianna Lewis who was netting 28 points per game.

At halftime the Red Rebelettes grabbed a 26-22 lead.  At the end of the 3rd quarter Weston battled back and tied the game 37-all.

The game would go right down to the wire.  Kim Coleman's long range jumper gave Harrison Central a 51-49 advantage.

Weston's Unika McGowan also hit from long range to tie the game.  Ole Miss signee Breanna Lewis was fouled while attempting a three point bucket with 26 seconds left in the game.  Lewis connected on all three attempts giving the Honey Bees a 58-55 lead.

Harrison Central had one last chance to force overtime but Nitesha Pierce missed a three point attempt, Weston grabbed the rebound and was fouled.

The Honey Bees added two more free throws and pulled out a thrilling 60 to 55 win over the Red Rebelettes.

Harrison Central coach Nancy Ladner said Breanna Lewis was just too much, "We knew she was one of the top players in the state and we knew that we were going to have to contain her in order to win."  She added, "Once Lewis got hot she was just unstoppable at that point."

Lewis sizzled the nets for 41 points and Greenville-Weston advances to Saturday 7 p.m. title game facing Horn Lake, a big winner over Hattiesburg.
