Sludge spill backs up traffic on I-10

HARRISON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - Another sludge spill has backed up traffic, this time on Interstate 10. It happened Thursday morning, shortly after 7 a.m. near the Cowan-Lorraine Road exit. The mess was big enough to shut down the eastbound lanes.

The Mississippi Department of Transportation expected the cleanup to last most of the morning.
