GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - South Mississippians are preparing for the biggest game in franchise history. Shoppers are out buying their last minute black and gold attire while others are stocking the bar.

South Mississippians are making it known, they bleed black and gold. From Flags flying high to Fleur de Lis car decals.

"Shockey, Colston and Brees jerseys are flying off the racks," Academy Sports and Outdoors Manager Kevin Butler said. "With the championship game on the line we've seen a big increase in traffic coming in."

One shopper says he hopes to see only one thing during the big game.

"Many, many touchdowns by the Saints," says shopper Christopher Smith.

Some South Mississippians will be able to see those touchdowns live from the New Orleans Superdome.

Celebrity Limousine Co-Owner Richard James said, "This is my party addition here. This is the one that most of your high end, partying, high spirited Saints fans. This is the one they choose over all the other ones."

James said more than 50 Who Dat fans will travel to the championship game in style.

"Fully stocked bar, the beer, the beverages of their choice," said James.

So, how much will this to and from service to the dome cost you?

"Well, the price has been running between six and $650 to about $1,000," said James.

James said that's for a group of ten and a night you'll never forget.

"It's going to be a wild ride, what goes on in here stays in here," James said.

Superdome season ticket holders in lower level section 112 are paying face value, $225.00 for each ticket. If you want to purchase a seat in that same section, plan on dropping a pretty penny.

NFL Ticket Exchange operated by Ticket Master is selling individual seats for $2,000.00. So, if you plan on leaving South Mississippi in a limo, sitting 30-yard line field level, plan for about a $3,000 trip to the Big Easy.

Academy Sports Manager Kevin Butler says the store has already pre-purchased championship merchandise. He says the store will be open Monday at 7am, so customers can buy NFC championship gear.
