Coast Saints fans ready for playoff game Saturday

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - The New Orleans Saints are preparing for Saturday's playoff game against the Arizona Cardinals.  The Saints are coming off their best regular season ever and Saints fans are excited about the playoffs and a possible trip to the Superbowl.

The Who Dat Nation stretches well beyond Louisiana's borders. Saints fans can be found all across South Mississippi.

"I've been a fan since the team was first formed back in 1967," Dr. Bill Wansley said.

The Biloxi physician has been to almost every Saints home game. His office is like a shrine to the Saints. In 2003, Dr. Wansley was named the club's number one fan by the Saints' front office.

Meanwhile, over in Ocean Springs, Bobby Carter's home is filled with Saints memorabilia.

"I have the program from the first game and a collection of Saints NFL football cards," Carter said as he showed off a room in his house dedicated to his favorite team.

Both Carter and Wansley are confident that the Saints will beat the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday.

"35-27, Saints," Dr. Wansley said.

"I think the Saints will win 35-21," Carter said with a confident smile on his face.

The Saints Cardinals game starts at 3:30 P.M. in the Louisiana Superdome. The winner will move on to the NFC Championship Game.
