Asian Style Dungeness Crab
3 tbls Sesame Oil
2 tbls Fresh Ginger (sliced)
2 tbls Fresh Garlic (minced)
2 tbls Shallots (sliced)
1 whole Dungeness Crab (3#)
1/2 cup White Wine
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
Green Onion (chopped for garnish)
Pull top shell off of the Crab
Cut crab in quarters
Start with a hot saute' pan
Pour in the oil
Add the garlic, shallots, and ginger
Saute' for 2 min. then add crab
Saute' for 4 min. then cover to steam
Cook for 6 min. or until the crab is cooked though
Place crab shell upside down in a large bowl
Arrange legs on the sides of shell
Pour sauce over legs and into the shell
Garnish with green onions
