Asian BBQ
Long Beach Lookout Restaurant
Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Ketchup
- 4 oz Oil
- 4 Tbs. Garlic
- 8 Tbs. Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Honey
- 2 Tbs. Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Salt
- 1 Tbs. Pepper
Directions:
Saute garlic in oil, add soy and reduce by half. Add all other ingredients expect sesame seeds. Cook and reduce for 15 minutes.
Sesame Soy Tuna
Long Beach Lookout Restaurant
Heat skillet to red hot temperature. Add 2 oz. sesame oil and 3 oz. soy sauce. When bubbling light brown add tuna wedge. Turn constantly from one side to the other. Remove and slice thin. Place on spring salad mix. Garnish with fancy kale and wasabi, lemon and sesame seeds.
