GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - Gulfport Police say the shooting death of a woman outside her workplace was no random act. Police told WLOX News they believe Kima Bradley's killer went looking for her Monday night.
The 37-year-old was found shot to death outside of the Labor Finders business on Dye Road, near Dedeaux, where she worked for about two years. Coworkers say it wasn't unusual for Bradley to work past 6pm. It was just after six Monday night when someone reported the shooting in a 911 call.
Family members who gathered outside the business Tuesday say they need answers.
"Not only did I lose a sister, but I lost a friend and someone you can confide in and be there for you," Mary Lawrence said. "She was a family person who loved everyone, she was the life of the family."
Police spent the day combing the area for clues and questioning several people, but no arrest has been made.
