HARRISON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - Harrison County Deputies have found the man they say fled the scene of a meth bust.
Tuesday night a Harrison County Patrol Deputy stopped a car at the intersection of Firetower Road and I-10 in Pass Christian for a traffic violation. That's when the deputy says he found chemicals to make meth. 30-year old Jerry Palang of Long Beach was arrested at the scene.
Palang is charged with possession of precursor chemicals with intent to make meth. He is being held at the Harrison County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
The driver, David Crenshaw fled the scene, but he was apprehended Wednesday.
