  • 1 pack of lasagna sheets
  • Mascarpone Cheese
  • 3/4 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto piparma
  • 3/4 thinly sliced fontina cheese
  • 4 oz. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pt. Heavy Cream or Whipping Cream

Boil lasagna sheets for 7 minutes. Allow to cool and spread Mascarpone cheese thinly on lasagna. Add slice of Fontina cheese and slice of prosciutto. Roll length wise and cut into four (4) slices, about an inch thick. Place in a baking dish, like a cake pan, and pour cream over it. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over rolled pasta. Place in heated 530 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
