Biloxi man dies at Trinity Marine shipyard

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - OSHA investigators are trying to figure out what caused a fatal accident Monday morning at Trinity Marine in Gulfport.

Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove said Luong Huynh, 46, died at the shipyard of blunt force trauma to the head.

Company President John Dane said the Biloxi man was struck by a moving crane on one of the boats under construction at Trinity. Huynh was an electrician at the shipyard.

Trinity Marine employs about 800 people. Dane said this is the first fatality ever at the shipyard.
