PASCAGOULA, MS (WLOX) - The Pascagoula Police Department is investigating a drive-by shooting that injured three people. On Friday night, shortly after 11 p.m. officers responded to  a call of shots fired at Sun Chase Apartments on Hospital Road.

Authorities say the victims were standing in the parking lot when someone in a small gray Nissan Versa drove up and fired from a shotgun. The Versa was occupied by a black male driver with at least one passenger. The suspects then fled east bound on Hospital Road.

Officers have not released the names of the three shooting victims, but did give information on their conditions. The female victim is listed in stable condition at Singing River Hospital where she is being treated for a gunshot wound. The two men who were hit received minor injuries. One of the men was treated and released. The other man refused treatment.

This incident may be related to a fight that occurred earlier in the night at the apartment complex.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Pascagoula Police at 228-762-2211.
