GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - To see her play, you'd never imagine the hard road Haleigh Fairley has had to travel in her four years of life.

"She's had three open heart surgeries. It's been a long road," Haleigh's mother, Jenise Calloway said.

Little Haleigh was born with hypdroplastic left heart syndrome; the left side of her heart didn't develop. But, this little person hasn't let this big challenge stop her from living life.

"It's been hard, but she's doing well now," Calloway said.

Surrounded by family, friends and her new pal Chuck E. Cheese, Haleigh celebrated one of her special wishes coming true. Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Haleigh is going to the place where all her dreams will come true - Disney World.

Haleigh's mom said, "She's been asking me every day, 'Are we going today? Are we going today?"

"It's great.  I know she's going to have a great time at Disney World.  She's so sweet.  She's quiet, but when she gets into something she really likes, she just bubbles over," said Regina Williams with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

And there's no doubt, little Haleigh is bubbling over with excitement as she prepares for her big trip next Wednesday.
