Company Potatoes
From The Recipe Book: "Cooking For A Cure"

1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes

1/2 c. butter, melted

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper
-
2 cups crushed corn flakes
-
2 cans cream of chicken soup
-
1 pt. sour cream
-
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
-
10 oz. cheddar cheese
-
1/2 c. butter, melted
Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Put in large casserole dish. Topping: Combine crushed corn flakes and butter; sprinkle evenly over casserole. bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
