PASCAGOULA, MS (WLOX) - The Pascagoula Police Department is working to figure out who stabbed a 17-year-old just after midnight Thursday morning.

The teen was robbed, then stabbed in the upper right chest. His injuries were not life threatening.

Police say several people were involved in the incident on Brazil Street in Pascagoula. After robbing the teen, police say the attackers forced him into a white Camero and took him to the Gautier Street baseball fields, before letting him go.

Police aren't sure how the victim called for help, since his cell phone was stolen. Pascagoula Police are asking for anyone with information about the robbery and attack to call the police department at (228) 938-6681.
