GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - A Harrison County Grand Jury indicted Scott Anthony Colson of Pass Christian on felony home repair fraud charges this week.

Officials say a Gulfport homeowner filed a complaint against Colson saying he billed him for work he never completed.

That homeowner isn't the only one to complain. WLOX Action Reporter A.J. Giardina spoke with homeowners in Long Beach and Pass Christian with similar complaints against Colson. Those homeowners say they each paid him well over $100,000 for work never properly completed or never started.

Colson was arrested Monday and released after posting a $10,000 bond.

By the way, Scott Colson was arrested last July on another felony fraud charge.
