Another round of budget cuts, totaling 43 million dollars in our state. And this time education funding is included. Most state agencies will have to reduce their budget by roughly one percent.The education budget is being cut by zero-point-five percent. Governor Bryant says the cuts are necessary because tax collections remain short of expectations. He's also moving seven million dollars out of the state's rainy day fund.
