    The Pelicans rolled out their big offseason signings introducing Julius Randle and Elfrid Payton. Payton is a West Bank native, played his college ball for the Ragin' Cajuns'.     The Pelicans agreed to sign summer sensation Trevon Blueitt to a two-way deal, according to a report by Yahoo's  Shams Charania. Blueitt is averaging 18 points for the Pelicans in four contest at the Las Vegas summer league.  Players under two-way contracts will spend the majority of the season in the G League, but they can be called up to their NBA team for up to 45 days during the regular season according to the Times-Picayune's Will Guillory.
