HARRISON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - County Farm Road remains closed this morning from I-10 to Landon Road after an accident that left a Poplarville man dead.

According to Harrison County Fire Marshal George Mixon, a pickup truck and a dump truck collided on County Farm Road just before 6am. The victim in the pickup was from Poplarville, but his name has not yet been released. His body was pulled from the wreckage around 7:45am, almost two hours after the collision. The truck was destroyed.

The road will remain closed while crews clean up diesel fuel and upright the vehicles.
