(Photo source: Steve Rouse/Southern Miss)HATTIESBURG, MS (WLOX) - Students, faculty and staff at The University of Southern Mississippi on Thursday celebrated the opening of the new Student Activities Hub, located in what was once the university textbook store in The Hub.
The renovated facility includes eight new offices that house the Southern Miss Activities Council (SMAC); African-American Student Organization (AASO); three for the Student Government Association (SGA); staff for the university's yearbook The Southerner; and two administrative offices. It also includes conference rooms and student work areas.
