CRYSTAL SPRINGS, Miss. (AP) - Crystal Springs police have arrested a 23-year-old man in the shooting death of a store clerk.
Police Chief Cairl Robinson said Jamurrio Evans of Utica is charged with capital murder and armed robbery in connection with the shooting death of William Luke Donahoe on March 6.
Robinson said the 29-year-old Donahoe was shot once in the face during a robbery.
Evans was arrested Saturday.
