The Gulfport City Council is about to reconsider a new trash can ordinance that regulates when residents should place their garbage cans curbside. Despite receiving countless samples, the federal government has yet to test any samples from dead dolphins from the coast. NOAA sent a letter to agencies gathering the samples stating there is an ongoing criminal investigation.
