Jackson Co. man behind bars after sexual battery, molestation charges

JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - A Jackson County man pleaded not guilty to sexual battery and molestation charges at his arrainment.

Bobby Walker is behind bars after a grand jury indicted him on the charges on Jan. 22.

45-year-old Walker is best known in the community as the man who opened up his home to airmen from the Keesler Air Force Base on Thanksgiving.

Well now, he’s being accused of inappropriate behavior with two teenage girls. Walker allegedly had an interaction with the two teenagers at his home in Gulf Park Estates nearly two-years ago, according to police.

Walker is being held at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center. His court date is April 15, 2019.
