Walley, Kelly attracting Division I football programs

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - D’iberville’s Jaden Walley is only a junior, but is racking up offers from Division I football programs prior to his senior season for the Warriors.

On Saturday, Walley announced via Twitter that he received his third offer - Alcorn State and Southern Miss were the first two - from Mississippi State. Afterwards, Air Force Academy, South Alabama, and Arkansas came calling.

The dual-threat, six foot quarterback racked up over 600 passing yards, throwing 10 touchdowns to one interception, while rushing over 1200 yards in D’iberville’s 2018-19 season.

With National Signing Day two weeks away, Ocean Springs senior running back, Micah Kelly, has some decisions to make.

Two days after making his announcement that he has committed to the University of Toledo, Kelly received his second “Power 5” offer from Kansas State University. He received an offer from Louisville just an hour after his Toledo commitment.

Kelly ran for over 1500 yards and 16 touchdowns in his senior season for the Greyhounds.
