Saints fans start celebration ahead of Sunday’s game

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Saints fans are definitely gearing up for a big weekend.

“You can just feel the vibe and the electricity in the city and all and it’s just so wonderful,” said Mrs. Tooty.

The game may be Sunday, but the celebration starts tonight. Local fans are welcoming in visitors and fans of all kinds, and fans from across the country have already flooded Bourbon Street.

“I’ve been giving out beads. Everybody we have so many people excited about the saints,” said Mrs. Tooty.

However, when it comes to getting into Sunday’s game, some are still figuring out how while others are already working on some good-hearted trash talk. Because when the saints go up against the Rams, fans across Bourbon street will tell you it’s going to be a good game.

“A little push and shove if you know what I mean, but the Saints are going to come out on top because they’re going to go to the Super Bowl they’re going to win it for N.O. and it’s going to be an awesome time for everyone here,” said Blair McCall.

Because whatever the outcome, the Who Dats will stand by their team.

So of course the game is Sunday, some fans have their lucky tickets and seats in the dome, some they’re going to stay down here to watch the game, others have picked out different spots.

But they’re starting the party on Bourbon St.
